Job Description

Assistant for a Registered Migration Agent based in Melbourne, Australia is needed on an annual employment contract, full-time basis, work remotely from home:

  • Corresponding with clients, prospects and stakeholders (by Zoom, phone and email)
  • Email and calendar management (consultations, events, appointments)
  • ?Preparing applications for review and submission by the migration agent
  • Clients files management through a cloud-based system already in place
  • Preferrable to be located in Heliopolis, Nasr City or New Cairo, a new branch in Egypt will open next year around this area
  • Services provided are (Migration & Education Services for visa applicants and students moving to Australia)
  • The role requires a high-level English level from the candidate and high attention to details?
