1.Preparation and Supervision of As-Built drawings for existing multi-use buildings and facilities;2.Collection of and incorporation with the requirements of the clients;3.Communicating with the sub-consultants and vendors nominated by the Company;4.Review and preparation of design packages in proper and timely manner in strict compliance with the clients requirements and the agreements between the Company and its clients;5.Supervision on site to ensure the design intent is entirely met;6.Actively participations in progress meetings with the sub-consultants, vendors and the clients as directed by the Managing director;7.Managment, control and guidance of the design and construction supervision team per the commitments of the Company;8.Development of design methodologies, criteria, design and construction supervision manuals, specifications and IT programs related to or in connection with the services;9.Complaince with the policies and procedures as notified by any means of communications from time to time by the company.
