Job descriptionÿPosition: CVM (Customer value management) Application ConsultantLocation: Cairo, EgyptDuration: 1 yearBill rate: EGPInterview: 1st round Online and second F2F.ÿIntroductionTeradata, the worlds leading data analytics company is looking for a CVM application consultant to join our Teradata Consulting team in Cairo, Egypt.The Application Consultant brings their technical and business knowledge about the campaign application and applies it to a specific customer. The Application Consultant will participate in the design, development, installation, implementation, and upgrade of the CVM applications. The Application Consultant provides leadership in utilizing a defined application methodology to be blended into the customer environment and get it fully integrated with various sources and channels. They must have the skills necessary to understand the overall data warehouse & cloud services.Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesªGather and analyze business requirements.ªSupport business users design and create CVM campaigns, and provide business and technical recommendations.ªDesign systems integration with campaign management solutions.ªDevelop project documentation.ªConfigure campaign applications to meet business requirements and needs.ªProvide guidance on campaign management solution design for any proposed enhancements.ªCreate SQL Views on application reporting foundation to serve business reports.ªProvide support to complex incidents related to the implemented business solutions.ªApply workaround fixes for failed jobs/engines.ªReview/fix/optimize any application object facing performance issue.ªInterface with global support team in-case for complex technical incidents related to the applications.ªAssist/Conduct User Acceptance Testing and presentations.ªAssist/Conduct business and technical training to customer.QualificationsCapabilitiesªGood knowledge with telecom or banking business.ª2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably working with CRM systems, data environments, and/or CVM/CRM areas.ªExcellent command of SQL.ªGood knowledge of Teradata architecture.ªHigh level understanding of ETL concepts.ªHigh level understanding of BI concepts.ªExcellent problem-solving skills.Consulting QualificationsªEye for detail and ability to communicate your thoughts and ideas across global teams.ªExcellent verbal and written communication skills.ªExcellent technical & business presentation skills.ªProfessional consulting background at the corporate level.ªCustomer obsession and experience with working with customers including requirement analysis and product support.Additional Desired SkillsªExperience and knowledge of Teradata products.ªJava or Groovy programming experience is an advantage.ªFamiliar with Linux command line.Necessary Job RequirementsªMust be based in Cairo, Egypt.ªMust be willing to work on-site with clients (Egyptian Government, Telecommunication Operators, and Banks) 100% of the time.ªFluent English speaker.
