Job Description

We are hiring Legal Manager with at least 15 years of experience who has the qualities of corporate lawyers as well as leading litigation activities. Having strong real estate experience is a must. Also we would expect him (we prefer males) to have strong English language and professional MS Office skills.

  • Review and design contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Act proactively to eliminate any future threat against the company?s interest.
  • Responsible for safeguarding the company?s interest and the company?s management against potential risks and/or allegations.
  • Select and manage the staff members of the legal department to assure following the best legal practices.
  • Responsible for litigation procedures whether internally handled or in coordination with external law offices.
  • Represent the company in front of legal authorities when needed.
  • Advise Management on requirements for laws? compliance.
  • Initiate and pursue internal and external legal procedures as needed,
  • Submit daily, quarterly and adhoc reports to Management regarding work progress and potential risks that may face the company.
