Working across all aspect of HR functions, also responsible for the implementation and success of all HR policies and initiatives in B.TECH Tanash (the main Warehouse, DC & Fleet maintenance).Acting as a middle man between Tanash warehouse staff/management and B.TECH HR department for all the HR operational services (salaries, pays lips, medical insurance, social insurance, HR Letters etc..)Provide daily HR guidance and consultancy with line management and staff.Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.Making an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, Employee engagement and talent analytics.Ensure and provide effective communication channels between B.TECH head office and Tanash Warehouse.Partner with Payroll, Benefits, OD, B.TECH Academy, Recruitment, HRIS, and Personnel Teams as needed to provide solutions and services for the employees.Co-facilitates new employees? orientation program for new hires.Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures. Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into the business area.Perform employee engagement surveys analyze the results in order to improve Tanash employee?s engagement levels.Revise invoices for hotel reservation, meals, & (Alexandria & Tanash) warehouses breakfast.Supporting line managers across organizational structure and design.
