Lead designing and maintaining B.TECH User Interface and User Experience digital guidelines including and not limited to visual design, user interface patterns, typography, layout best practices, layout responsiveness and widgets.Develop User Experience (UE) roadmaps along with applications, systems and interfaces for B.TECH customers.Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.Administer Producing and maintaining necessary design documentation including but not limited to wireframes, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirements document (FRD), concept story boards.Ensure to prioritize User-Centered Design projects, improvements and content as per enterprise priorities as well as Experience Systems.Ensure to drive innovation across User-Centered Design practice.Drive the development and evolution of the teams best practices for human-centered design, prototyping, and research methodologies.Stay abreast of changing design methodologies and best practices such as design thinking customer journey design and UI/UX design concepts while closely monitoring, local and international competition, consumer trends, and research /measurement evolution and provide expertise internally to keep organization in the know.Share insights on customer behaviors and interactions with digital advertising and business needs and provide recommendation to increase visibility and usage of both external and internal websites.Provide cross-functional leadership with stakeholders to ensure meeting of business objectives.Develop and evolve high & sustainable UX standards and set up processes to drive these standards across all e-commerce themes.Develop effective and well-branded user experience throughout multiple online properties.Recommend best approaches for implementation of user experience.
