Manage Warehousing & Distribution in KSA
Hands-on in maintaining performance targets and operational excellence, lead the response to tenders and RFQ?s, and win new clients.?
Streamline operational processes and SOPs?
Responsible for operational execution and the coordination of cross-company business
Responsible for the budget, business plan, reporting and general management of the office.?
Formulation and delivery of the overall Business Unit strategy
Review and approve major departmental reports, e.g. market and competitive assessment report.
Sponsors new business ideas which could include launching, withdrawing, or enhancing service provisions.
Sets the standards for supplier evaluation and qualification.
Approves cross-divisionally binding supplier contracts.
Interfaces between organization and community, and between Board and employees.
Manages human, financial and physical resources of the organization.
Key involvement in the setup and implementation of KPIs and targets.
