In-charge & Expert level?of the information security Configure, maintain and upgrade network devices which includes Switches, routers, Firewall, Wireless Controller, Access Points. Strong experience in Domain controller, Windows server administration on Microsoft Exchange servers 2016. Maintain and support LAN/WAN, VOIP, wireless controller and Storage Area Network. Role Description: Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: ? Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor. ? Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. ? Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support. ? .upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. ? Responsible for Installation/Deployment/Managing of rack servers from HP/DELL. ? Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses. ? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. ? Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential. ? Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. ? Implementation of various systems to include desktops, laptops, servers, network equipment, Datacentre , DR, and software applications on head office and two hosted datacentre. ? Implement various email systems Google Apps, MS Exchange , Office 365, MailServer, Wingate, and webhosting packages for the company and all other projects. ? Configure windows server 2008, 2012 R2 ,2016 Domain with latest releases and updates among with AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, OUs, WSUS, Migrations, emails, users and groups. ? Microsoft virtualization (Hyper-V) design and implementation. ? Logs all computer, terminal, and printer hardware/software problems. Calls appropriate maintenance organizations and arranges for repair. Notifies supervisor of unusual problems. ? Design, install, upgrade, configure, and repair local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure include Cisco ASA, UTM Firewalls, Hp and Cisco switches, WAN and DIA Links, VLANs configuration, DSL links, Fiber links, wireless access points. ? Scheduling upgrades and backups of hardware and software systems. Managing daily operations and maintain high service availability for the company live products on production environments. ? Assists with software upgrades and installations.
