ABOUT THE COMPANYLK Hospitality, the team behind Omnia Bistro and Bar, Yugen Tea Bar, Bromley Events and soon Yugen, are on the hunt for a Beverage Manager to join the team!We aim to build a strong community by providing first-class and attentive service, redefining excellence in hospitality.ABOUT THE ROLEWorking hand in hand with our Management team, incredible Sommeliers and Bartenders, the Beverage Manager will be responsible for the end to end bar and beverage operations across our venues.Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute training programs for all beverage teams, ensuring that their expertise and product knowledge is developed and utilised;
  • Develop budget and monitor profitability of Beverage operations;
  • Create regular reporting processes;
  • Ensure that standards and procedures are consistently maintained in all areas of the bar operations;
  • Work on the floor with the team as required, working together to drive sales;
  • Understanding the demands of each venue and then establish chances to enhance the guest experience;
  • Maintain, uphold and manage stock control, including performance stock take of wine cellar and all beverage stock;
  • Curate the best ingredients and products to create and innovate our cocktail lists according to seasonal changes and the specialty of each venue;
  • Develop relationships with beverage suppliers, liaising with them regularly and developing our product list accordingly;
  • Roster the beverage team in accordance with budget and venue requirements.
