Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Chemical Analyst to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The QC Chemical Analyst will be responsible for performing various chemical analyses and tests to ensure the quality and safety of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  2. Utilize various analytical instruments and techniques, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and titration, to analyze samples and obtain accurate results.
  3. Prepare and maintain standards, reagents, and solutions necessary for chemical analyses.
  4. Record, analyze, and interpret test results, and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  6. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of laboratory activities.
  10. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in analytical methods and technologies.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a QC Chemical Analyst in a laboratory setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation and techniques, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and titration.
  4. Experience with method development and validation.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing chemical analyses.
  6. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data and troubleshoot analytical issues.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Good organizational and time management skills.
  9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  10. Proficient in using laboratory software and computer applications.
