  4. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  7. Prepare and manage the workshop budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  8. Coordinate training programs for staff to keep them updated on the latest automotive technologies.
  9. Analyze workshop performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all workshop activities.
