Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle within the Metro & Rail Passenger Transport industry. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
