We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to ourcustomers.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience with databasemanagement systems (RDBMS),report designing, and ERP application support.Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Install and configure software and hardware. Work with developers to resolve complex issues.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software Development/Support. Strong understanding of RDBMS, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Experience in report designing. Experience in ERP application support. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
