We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to ourcustomers.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience with databasemanagement systems (RDBMS),report designing, and ERP application support.Responsibilities:ï‚· Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.ï‚· Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.ï‚· Install and configure software and hardware.ï‚· Work with developers to resolve complex issues.Qualifications:ï‚· Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.ï‚· Minimum of 3 years of experience in software Development/Support.ï‚· Strong understanding of RDBMS, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.ï‚· Experience in report designing.ï‚· Experience in ERP application support.ï‚· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.ï‚· Excellent communication skills.ï‚· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
