Position SummaryThe Head ? AI Training & Curriculum will lead the design, development, and delivery of GenerativeAI learning solutions for schools, corporate organizations, universities, government entities, andprofessionals.This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will oversee curriculumdevelopment, training delivery, trainer recruitment and development, quality assurance, and clientspecificlearning solutions while ensuring every programme reflects the high standards of E.A.S.EAI. Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Leadership? Lead the successful delivery of Generative AI training programmes for schools, corporates,universities, government organizations, and professional learners. ? Deliver engaging onsite workshops, certification programmes, seminars, and executivelearning sessions.? Travel within Bahrain and internationally to conduct training programmes wheneverrequired.Curriculum & Programme Development? Design customized AI courses and learning pathways based on client requirements andorganizational objectives.? Develop and continuously improve training materials, practical exercises, assessments,case studies, and learner resources.? Ensure all programmes remain current with the latest developments in Generative AItechnologies and industry?s best practices.Trainer Development & Quality Assurance? Identify, interview, recruit, and onboard AI trainers as the organisation grows.? Train, mentor, coach, and evaluate trainers to ensure consistent delivery standards.? Establish teaching methodologies, quality benchmarks, trainer guidelines, andperformance evaluation systems.? Monitor trainer performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Business & Client Engagement? Work closely with the Business Development team to understand client needs and proposeappropriate learning solutions.? Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and strategic presentationswhenever required.? Build long-term relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and strategicpartners.Innovation & Growth? Continuously research emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend theirintegration into E.A.S.E AI programmes.? Contribute to the growth strategy of the AI division by identifying new training opportunities,products, and services.? Represent E.A.S.E AI as a thought leader and ambassador for AI education.SkillsQualifications & ExperienceWe are looking for an individual who combines a passion for education with a strong understandingof Generative AI.Experience? Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, instructional design, oreducational leadership.? Experience delivering workshops, corporate training, or professional developmentprogrammes.? Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools in professional or educationalenvironments.? Experience designing learning programmes or curricula is highly desirable.? Previous experience leading or mentoring training teams will be an advantage.
