Senior ReactJS DeveloperWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to lead and drive the development of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ReactJS and a solid understanding of front-end architecture and best practices. As a senior team member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team, implementing high-quality code, and making strategic decisions for project success.Responsibilities:•Develop complex web applications using ReactJS.•Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.•Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.•Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance standards.•Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.•Drive the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge tools in front-end development.•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Requirements:•7+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on ReactJS.•Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design.•Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and React ecosystem tools.•Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.•Experience with Git and other version control systems.•Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.•Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:•Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows.•Knowledge of backend technologies or full-stack experience is a plus.•Experience in BPM tools such as Pega, Bizagi, Appian, Active Matrix and other related tools is strongly preferred;•Hands on experience in design and development using Camunda is preferred;•Extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solution using Camunda is a Plus;•Previous experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.•Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects.•Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
