We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create appealing and effective product displays to drive sales.Key Responsibilities:?Ensure proper stock levels and visibility of products at all assigned locations.?Implement and maintain attractive and effective product displays in line with company planograms.?Collaborate with sales teams to identify and act on opportunities to improve product placement and promotion.?Monitor product performance and provide regular reports on inventory, sales trends, and market insights.?Build and maintain strong relationships with section supervisors and store managers.
