Role overview To function as a Senior HR Analyst within the regional HR team at Calo . Working closely with the HR teams within Calos business units to generate data and insights on performance, and supporting them in their HR services. Feeding back the findings to relevant teams and advising on changes and improvements needed for the business units. Main Responsibilities * Collaborating with the business units HR teams on ensuring HR services are being delivered according to regional standards. * Generating reports on regional compliance, and areas of improvement in terms of HR services deliveries. * Accountable for the quality and standards of HR services across regional business units. * Acts as the bridge between regional People function and HR teams on new HR services procedures and processes. * Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns within business units with attention toward benefits enrollment, absenteeism, leave use, recruitment, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. * Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve existing metrics including changes to benefits, leave, and compensation offerings. * Evaluating business units HR SOPs and leading the effort of developing and updating new ones to ensure consistent employee experiences across geographies. * May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes. * Performs other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate * Degree in HR or business administration * Knowledge of labour law in Bahrain and KSA is a must * Knowledge of other GCC countries labour laws is a bonus * Ideally based in Bahrain or KSA, and flexible to travel often to the rest of GCC * Ideally has experience working in an HRBP role or an HR services driven role in a multinational organisation for over 4 years * Was part of or have worked in large regional HR teams * Experience in leading teams is a bonus * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic * Empathetic in nature, and great with people
