Job Description

Bahrain has a number of Aluminium companies in the Kingdom and Gulf Connexions have been instructed, by one of the most progressive organisations in their field, to identify a hands-on Engineering Manager to push their operations to the next level. Building on your extensive industry experience and ability to effect change and improvements this role will hone your skills to be able to take on a General Management role in the future.?Responsibilities:?

  • Establish and review the organizational structure, work flows and job responsibilities for the areas of responsibility and recommend/gain approval to proposals for improvements.
  • Oversee that the breakdowns are minimized for all types of maintenance requirements for plants equipment.
  • Operate in a highly competitive market and profitability is dependent on ongoing keen attention to quality, quantity, costs and efficiency through a high and reliable maintenance system.
  • Oversee that the short and long term projects and design are compiled for the plant requirements with regard to civil, mechanical and electrical engineering projects
  • ?Monitor the budget performance with the concerned superintendents and management accounting.
