1. Ability to set the route of distribution vehicles and distribution of geographic sales areas and distribution outlets.2. Experience with FMCG is a prerequisite and preferably in the area of ??water and juices3. Experience in launching new products and opening markets for them4. Establishes the general Marketing strategy, the yearly Marketing Plan together with the sales and marketing team and makes the presentation to the Board of Management.9. Establishes and presents the yearly Marketing Budget to the Board of Management and follows it strictly to minimize the Department?s expenses10. Is fully responsible for the Department?s proper functioning including associated, finances and implementation.11. Supervises, recruits, appraises Sales & Marketing associates.12.Conduct, compiles, analysis market researches and reports results monthly to the management Comes up with regular proposals to adjust the overall Marketing Strategy month by month.13. Ability to set sales and marketing targets and projections.?14. Ability to conduct market research in any country and provide analysis.?
