  • Responsible for the implementation of multi-Revenue Management methods at property level in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with brands marketing, country, area, hotel strategies and guest needs.
  • Is responsible for having all the revenue management process in in place. Implements the General Managers strategy on a daily basis, updates the planning, alerts the GM when market deviates from the strategy.
  • Support the General Manager in the creation of the strategies with proper analysis and to work effectively with the implemented revenue management system.
  • To implement the strategies based on the daily recommendations in the distribution channels
  • Review market trends and benchmark against competition.
  • Optimizes revenue opportunities locally and globally, and identifies new revenue streams
  • Maintain long and short term room revenue forecast to assist business decisions.Your experience and skills include:
  1. Luxury resort hotel backgournd in GCC
  2. Usage of the revenue management systems (IDEAS, PMS, channel manager, TARS, etc.)
  3. Analytical and problem- solving skills 
  4. Methodical and logical approach
  5. Forecast accuracy and attention to details 
  6. Strategic thinking combined with the proven ability to move strategy to action are foremost attributes.
  7. Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
