  • Welcome guests to the venue and guide them to assigned dining or bar areas
  • Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress?s name
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists and manage reservations
  • Answer incoming calls and address customers? queries
  • Coordinate with waitstaffs about available seating options and provide assistance if needed
