The Resident Engineer will be leading a team of 10 engineers for construction supervision and managing of a new cargo terminal building at Bahrain Airport. Job description* Overall supervision of the performance of the Contractor and enforce the provisions of the contracts on all architectural matters.* Ensure the work is progressing as scheduled and is compliant with the latest drawings and specifications.* Enforce and monitor safety rules and regulations.* Provide clarifications on drawings and specifications as and when required by the Contractor.* Complete regular progress reports for submission to Client.* Identifies the resource requirements for the effective supervision of the project aspects of the construction works, and manages the supervision team.* Acts as prime point of contact for the construction supervision aspects of the project, including progress reporting, safety, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications.* Builds a trusted relationship with the management team and with the client?s counterpart staff.* Establishes an appropriate working relationship with the contractors.* Manage a team of the Engineer?s site personnel;* Oversee operations and activities of the acceptance quality control.
