Act as the first point of contact and responsible for all inquiries relating to the property and maintenance or repair work therein. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with the residents and provide superior and quality customer service and tending to the needs of the tenants Collect from tenants any rent due or other due amounts as necessary Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems reporting each promptly to the senior property manager. Meet with real estate agents to show properties and to explain the terms of occupancy...etc. Supervise all general maintenance, minor & major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects connected with the property or any part thereof. Reporting any problems or issues to the Property Manager/Owner.
