Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager to oversee a high-priority project. This role involves coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project goals align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record in project management.Responsibilities:•Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of the project from inception to delivery.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.•Create and manage detailed project schedules and resource allocations.•Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and leadership.•Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely issue resolution.•Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.•Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.•Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous improvement.Requirements:•10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.•Solid understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.•Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).•Excellent communication and leadership skills.•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:•Experience in BPM tools such as Pega, Bizagi, Appian, Active Matrix and other related tools is strongly preferred.•Previous experience managing high-impact or high-stakes projects.•Technical background in software engineering or development.•Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.•Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.•PMP or Agile certification ACP is a plus.
