1- To Keep SJA?s IT infrastructure up and running seamlessly.2-?Configuration and installation of network devices i.e. switchers routers, WAP?s etc.3-?Installation, configuration and management of server Machines used in company. Planning and managing licenses and CAL?s required.4-?Installation of server operating systems and configuring server?s for required features.5- Microsoft Active Directory 2008 R2, 2012 Domain installation, configuration and management.6- Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013 servers installation and configuration. Keeping Email hosting on internet hosted email server while fetching emails from that server to Domain exchange server and distributing emails to user?s Mailboxes.Managing USER Mailboxes Quotas, Mail Delivery Redirection, Security and Backups.7-?Planning, installation / configuration of SAN for failover Setup using VMWARE.8-?User?s Profiles, Rights management, Group Policies and Network Resource Security Configuration.9- File Server shares management, Group permissions and rights assignment.10- ?NAS server?s installation and configuration. Using NAS as central Network storage for backups.11-?Backup of File Server, Microsoft Active Director, Microsoft Exchange Servers and VM?s using different techniques windows backups, image backups, Symantec Backup EXEC etc.12-?Managing Internet connectivity from 4 links for internet access to users and machines as required.13-?Installation / configuration of Firewall CYBEROAM by integrating with Microsoft Active Directory.14-??Assigning user?s internet access rights and bandwidth, where required.15-?Configuration of Failover feature in Firewall by providing multiple internet links as input to keep internet available in case of a link failure. Monitoring logs of firewall and live users activities.16- Planning for connectivity of outlets to head office back and forth for seamless operations. Provide Remote Support of all SJA outlets within or outside Bahrain using remote Connectivity tools.17-?Managing CCTV, Barcode and Time Attendance Machines at deployment at SJA HQ and outlets.18-?Planning and discussion of ongoing and future IT Plans with their Pro?s along with the budget required with management and vendors.19-?Any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
