Key Responsibilities:Operational:

Provide strategic direction to SBUs, ensuring the attainment of revenue targets and budgeted profits.
Evaluate overall performance through data analysis, metrics interpretation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee guest service processes, optimizing them to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead the development and implementation of service improvement plans.
Evaluate and enhance business procedures according to organizational objectives.
Collaborate with the COO in decision-making for operational activities and strategic goal-setting.
Plan, monitor, and ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations.

Development:

Direct prioritization and delivery of key Cluster Division projects, leading project delivery groups.
Coordinate project operations and provide direction for stakeholders to optimize internal resources.
Implement effective project management approaches to address the challenges of scale, scope, and complexity.

Financial:

Participate in strategic and annual business planning processes.
Develop and manage individual SBU budgets in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments of financial performance against budget and operational goals.
Manage SBU budgets, including variance analysis and action planning.
