Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company?s products and services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Brand Awareness: Manage online and offline campaigns to increase brand presence through social media, email marketing, and local events.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads, converting them into sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; basic Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing, particularly in digital marketing and lead generation. (3 years)
  • Driving License: A valid Bahraini driving license is required.
  • Sponsorship: Ability to change sponsorship.
