1- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions2- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.3- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.4-Supervising group Finance & Accounts department for efficient and effective functioning.5- Preparing and verifying all Management Information Reports (M I Rs) including monthly/annually separate and group consol ideated financial Statements a long with variance and ratio analysis.6-Supervising entire payable section including routine payments, advances, suppliers reconciliations etc.7- Supervising bank reconciliations (Cash & Credit Card).8-Looking after various Banking and financial matters and managing effective relationship and liaison with different financial institutions.9-Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.10-Implementing and developing accounting software and different management reports.
