  • Develop efficient securities and drivers schedules to maximize profits
  • Manage and report on securities and drivers performance and delivery stats
  • Register and license all vehicles under
  • Plan and budget for daily/monthly operations, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives; finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits
  • Suggest strategies for greater fuel efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, servicing and inspection
  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by proper scheduling and forecasting
  • Utilize company approved applications to monitor drivers and track vehicles
  • Perform vehicle registration, insurance and other formalities with concerned authorities
Who Are We Looking For?
  • College Degree in logistics or business administration (We will consider equivalent professional and work experience).
  • Min. 2 years of experience, in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Fleet/ Logistics supervisor or similar role
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments
  • A bachelor?s degree in logistics or accounting is preferred
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fleet/ Logistics Manager
