Job Description

We are a bakery chain and is looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative with Barista Skills to join our team.Responsibilities for Sales RepresentativeManaging transactions with customers using cash registersCollecting payments whether in cash or creditScanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurateDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with customersCoordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effortCross-sell products and introduce new onesMaintain clean and tidy checkout areasBag, box or gift-wrap packagesResolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant informationIssue receipts, refunds, change or ticketsPrepare and send pre-orders to the KitchenKnowledge in Preparation of Specialty Coffee and Related Products.Qualifications for Sales Representative

  • At least 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of Experience as Barista(Preferred)
  • Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
  • Good math skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong English and Preferred Arabic Speaker
