Production planning
Stay abreast with receipt/transit of upcoming raw materials for effective production planning and scheduling of new product launch
Mixing of all kinds of ingredients like essential oils, gels, bakhoors, and solid perfumes
Effective control of mixing activities including production of essential oils and mixing of alcohol for sprays
Keep up with ISO, GMP, EMS and OHSMS standards and to ensure compliance throughout the production process.
Estimation of quantity of perfume oils needed for manufacturing of particular products and control on wastage & shrinkages.
Effective implementation of regular production schedule and modification if and when required.
Maintain the buffer level of incoming raw materials
Verification of production slip and initiation of purchase requests to ensure timely arrival of raw material to get aligned with production schedule timeline.
