This role is responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of client IT assets, including Desktops, Printers and relevant devices.In the first month, you will be required to market Helpdesk services to prospect clients and assist in building the Helpdesk?s tools and processes.The ideal candidate will function as the client?s IT Helpdesk by planning and providing preventative care, assisting in daily operations and troubleshooting problems as they occur. This includes responding to their inquiries, analyzing problems using diagnostic tools, and recommending solutions to customer questions via phone, callback, chat, email as well as in virtual and in-person meetings.
