Job Description

  • Support, monitor, testing and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on laptop and desktop computers.
  • Install new software releases, system up gradation, evaluation and installation and resolve software related problems.
  • Assist HOD to plans, design, research, configuration, and maintains CCTV Cameras at HQ factories and branch offices and shops with in the Middle East.
  • Maintain DVR and video logs from Branch Offices and Shops.
  • Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations and Monitoring regarding Network, Desktop computers and security Cameras.
  • Assist in research, development and implementation of a new IT related equipment.
  • Work with a team to automate management tasks, streamline processes and perform standard administration functions as needed.
  • Assist HOD to meet strategic goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by HOD.
  • Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers, Scanner, CCTV and TMS System solving problems when needed.
  • Assisting office workers with their computer desktop systems.
  • Providing computer support services both for software and hardware for an organizations employee.
  • Testing of computers and ensuring that computer system are functioning properly and asses work validity.
  • Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems.
  • Training staff on how to use computer hardware and software systems.
  • Coordinate with area in charges and country managers to solve the basic IT problems.
  • Daily Update the sales and attendance DATA for Accounts and Sales/Marketing department.
  • Off and Monitoring Shops after office timing and Weekend.
