Bachelors or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is requiredii. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations, architecture, governance and infrastructure management with strong IT process backgroundiii. Knowledge and experience with Amazon Cloud based applications is a mustiv. Maintain state-of-the-market knowledge regarding current and future infrastructure technologiesv. Experience working with third-party software and service providersvi. Experience in contract management and oversightvii. Experience evaluating various hardware and software and service resources to identify strengths, weaknesses and potential benefits fit for business needsviii. Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas or technologies in easy-to understand business terms to senior leadersix. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skillsPrimary role:Oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of new and existing technology infrastructure in line with business needsJob description:i. Oversee installation and configuration of new and existing servers and network infrastructureii. Supervise testing and analysis of all components of network and server infrastructure componentsiii. Establish and maintain an IT infrastructure architecture and technology roadmap to meet the current/projected needs of the projectiv. Establish and maintain an appropriate service delivery model (e.g., procedures, processes, and documentation) that is effective, efficient, and meets business objectivesv. Ensure recommended technology infrastructure is in line with best practices and meets IT, business and key external stakeholders? requirementsvi. Support IT audits and compliance reviews, ensuring infrastructure and security processes are compliant with security, audit, and regulatory guidelinesvii.
