Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  4. Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
  2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bahrain
  3. Experience in the real estate industry or retail is preferred
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
