Improving Lives.Currently, we are seeking for(HR Business Partner),In this role, the successful candidate must support to develop and administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation.Key Responsibilities* Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level * Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle ? sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice, analyzing data trends * Support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees * Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program * Conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process * Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation * Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations * Subject matter expert who applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience * Manage projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision * Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex Stakeholders Management * Connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers * May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches * Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DPDHL managers * Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders * Provide technical guidance to line managers and employeesJob Skills, Qualifications & Experience:* More than 4 years? experience in HR * Good Communication Skills Both Written and Spoken * Bachelor Degree or any HR Certification * Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc. * Business understanding * Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships * Proven experience of delivery of organizational change projects * Strong problem-solving mentalityWe offer: Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.
