Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the hotel industry. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and laundry personnel.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage timekeeping to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Train and mentor new housekeeping staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance and adherence to standards.
