An established organization, looking at expansion in the Middle East, seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Sales. Reporting to the Executive Management.The incumbent will have a strong sales background in Industrial Automation ideally with System Integrators, preferably in the Oil /Gas or Process industry. The successful incumbent will lead, direct, and control the activities to achieve organizations commercial results. Identifying and building new accounts Develop, motivate, and lead a high-performance team while delivering quality output and meeting stakeholder expectations. Responsible for organizations achievement of commercial results. Control and monitor the performance against standards / objectives.
