Job Description

Our client is one of Bahrain?s leading Real Estate Development companies who now have the opportunity for a Risk & Credit specialist, with expertise in Property Development, to join their impressive organization. This role will provide an excellent platform for career progression and the opportunity to develop a team.?Responsibilities:?

  • ?Establish, maintain and review proper risk management processes and tools.
  • ?Identify all the risks associated with all current and potential investments and developments.
  • ?Identify specific risks associated with the specific transaction at the time of transaction approval; ensure completeness and accuracy of information
  • Provide assurance to management and Board of Directors on the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management activities.
  • Develop annual Risk Report and monthly Risk Briefings including risk mitigation recommendations.
