Manage a team of Pickers & drivers to ensure that the order fulfilment process runs smoothly and efficiently.? Make sure customers receive their correct orders in good condition and on schedule.? Directs and oversees the order fulfilment process.? Manage the full process of picking of orders, to segregation, loading up until delivery of orders to customers and transaction is closed.? Responsible for preparation of work schedules.? Anticipates technical and operational issues and provide risk management solution.? To ensure profit margins are maintained, a fulfilment manager must have full visibility of cost levers? Constantly monitor fulfilment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profits.? Daily processing of online customer orders, including follow up with dispatch team to ensure timely shipments? Resolving any delivery issues, including lost orders, damaged/missing products etc.? Meeting budgeted sales targets & KPI?s.? Working and aligning with other functions (Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Customer care, . . .)??
