Company DescriptionTHE CLIENT:Construction company engaged in civil engineering and building works in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved

QualificationsRequired Candidate Profile:

University Degree in any Engineering function, MBA is desirable.
More than 10 years of progressive leadership experience and responsibility.
Experience leading people, managing a team and obtaining results through others,with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should possess good communication skills & analytical ability.
Has to be a team player, self-driven and enthusiastic.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge to work on annual budgets.
