To follow the laws of Bahrain and represent the Company in a positive manner.
Implement Company procedures and policies on Health & Safety, Employment, Training, etc.
Ensure that pumps operators, placing booms operators & truck mixer drivers are operating their equipment?s as per the manufacturer?s procedures.
Implement daily, Weekly & monthly preventive maintenance for the vehicles and equipment?s (cleaning, greasing, wheel nuts tightness, water/oil level checking, etc.
Inspection of concrete pumps & placing booms and report problems to the production and maintenance departments.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to advise the dispatches about?equipment?s availability.
Schedule the annual inspection and registration of the vehicles with the authorities.
Liaise with Sales department, Dispatchers and Customers for the delivery of the concrete.
Ensuring that all the arrangements (, pumps, placing booms & mixers) required for next day production are in place.
Ensure that all pump jobs are carried out to the customers satisfaction hereunder to arrange erection of all necessary equipment and establishing required access to the construction site.
Cooperate with site engineers to arrange the best possible way to carry out a specific job.
Ensure that all mixer drivers are ready for the first load as required by the daily booking program.
Process all complaints about concrete pump, placing booms & truck mixer problems and report them to the maintenance department.
Pursue all necessary actions to address operator & drivers behavior that may compromise the condition of equipment and/or customer service.
Report any quality problems to the Technical Manager.
Evaluate and recommend additional training for employees.
Suggest improvements to Company operations and procedures.
Carry out any reasonable request from his superiors.
