Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all projects from conception to full implementation and delivery;
  • Manage all maintenance contracts and service agreements;
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on all areas;
  • Prepare annual budgets;
  • Support in planning, design, development, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting processe;
  • Analyse existing systems and operations as well as develop preventative maintenance strategies;
  • Identify potential problems and notify the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner;
  • Monitor process, works and methods as well as develop plans for increased efficiency;
  • Conduct required research and develop best practices;
  • Perform quality control on all projects, prepare reports and make recommendations for improvement.
