* Manage reliability based spare parts for Electrical and HVAC equipment?s as per standards.* To review and analyze the initial SPIL and Asset data provided by EPC project for Electrical and HVAC and rectifies the errors.* Allocate noun/qualifier for new spares and keyword/qualifier for assets. Liaise with EAM/Procurement for new noun and qualifier, keyword/qualifier if required.* Carry out interchangeability for spare parts listed in SPIL.* Maintains SPIL data and liaise with other operational centers for any errors.* Review the equipment manual and drawings and Identify additional operating spares, if required.* Prepares stock setup and stock increase form for procurement.* Follow up with other disciplines for any multi-disciplinary SPILs.* Reviews vendor proposed/ recommended quantities of spares and make apt decision for appropriate quantities anticipated, for 5 years safe operation.* To recommend the spare parts quantities basis the existing stocks (if applicable) and interchangeability of BMP assets.* Provides/modify right stock item description for all spare parts item.* Should also validate Asset data like, Keyword/Qualifier, description, measures and nameplate data.
