Job Description

  • Updating customers? orders manually for each step (processing, processed, shipped, complete).
  • Replying to customer inquiries though email.
  • Replying to customer inquiries from 8 AM to 10 PM everyday on website live support (CRISP).
  • Replying to customer inquiries in social media (during duty hours only).
  • ?Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customer.
  • Identify and assess customer?s needs to achieve satisfaction.
