· Create, supervise, and maintain quality management policies and standard operating procedures by project standard requirements.· Define inspection procedures for all areas of the contract; maintain an audit schedule, and perform audits of procedures, reporting requirements, plans, programs and records.· Record data and analyze performance criteria, and reports on compliance to customer contract and QMS standards and requirements.· Track deficiencies and working with management to define corrective action plans and close out deficiencies.· Prepare submittals as per project requirements.· Conduct three phase inspections.· Collect and analyze data to determine trends.· Prepare and provide reports to management.· Implement and maintain an effective management system for efficient operations.· Oversight and management of Safety Department operations and personnel.· Prepare and submit Safety Tool Box topics.· Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings with client.
