Job Description

The Cocktail Waitress will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through exceptional service in our upscale dining environment. Your primary responsibility will be to serve cocktails and beverages to patrons in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and present the cocktail menu with a knowledgeable understanding of the offerings.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
  • Take accurate drink and food orders, and efficiently process payments.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and serving stations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints gracefully, escalating issues to the management as necessary.
  • Assist in the setting up and breaking down of the bar and cocktail lounge area.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as the hotel?s policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service quality and beverage knowledge.
  • Encourage guests to return by providing a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
