Job Description

Job SummaryThe Cluster Director of Engineering is responsible for supporting the clusters owned properties through the execution of major renovations and day-to-day engineering operations. This position leads projects from the planning stage through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards as dictated by International Operators and the Hotel Group. The role encompasses both strategic project oversight and hands-on management of the engineering needs of the assigned cluster properties.Technical Skills Required

  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and building systems management.
  • Proficiency in managing HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and energy management systems.
  • Experience in overseeing complex facilities projects from start to finish.
Soft Skills Required
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate a team of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate project details, challenges, and solutions to a range of audiences.
