JOB SUMMARY FOR SALES AND DELIVERY MANAGER:This role provides support to partner customers for services purchased.You will be responsible for building customer trust and loyalty, increasing revenue in the customer base through upsells and customer referrals, thus resulting in reduced customer attrition and increased average revenue per customer.RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES AND DELIVERY MANAGER:Manage the on-boarding of new channel partner customersConduct Quarterly Business Reviews.Manage dunning and collection calls as required.Upselling existing customers to exceed monthly quota.Implement Save activities as required to meet attrition goals.Implement and measure quality assurance programs.Outbound calling customers, follow scripts, track customer communication in Salesforce.Create and update customer records in Salesforce for accurate tracking of customer. communications to track the customer experience throughout the service process.Communication of all customer-related issues to the appropriate parties to ensure a seamless flow of information and ability to create repeatable problem solving.Other projects include preparing support materials for sales calls; contacting potential partners, performing research; handling sales follow-up calls; system support and cleanup; customer and prospect communications; and performing a variety of clerical and data entry tasks.Implement the account management process to touch the customer in the appropriate intervals.Internal and external problem solving.Build trusting relationships through multiple customer contacts to resolve problems, upsell services, and referrals.JOB EXPERIENCE FOR SALES AND DELIVERY MANAGER:Assist sales team in demonstrating services and tools for prospects and existing customers.Assist Operations in project management of accounts.Ability to research and identify customer details using Salesforce, , internal groups, and the Internet.
