Responsibility of maintaining shelf visibility of all our products by working in close circles with assigned sales staff? Should be able to perform above independently? Does not engage in any such business practice that would result in a negative impact to the company/customer relationship? Responsible to submit a product launch plan with assistance of the line manager?Food Service? Maintain a long lasting and established relationship with the kitchen staff, primarily the chef(s)? Coordinate orders through the Purchasing department? Supervise and communicate with designated sales staff for input in menu decisions with the assistance of chef? Responsible to submit a product launch plan with assistance of the line manager? Coordinate with the sales staff for promotion of new products through chef?s approval? Ensure prompt service of deliveries through coordination of the Operations department? Does not engage in any such business practice that would result in a negative impact to the company/customer relationshipOTHER FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES? Uses the phone to communicate with customers? Checks his emails regularly and responds to them in a timely manner? Uses emails for interoffice communication regularly? Prepares price quotations and sends them via email and fax? Ensures aggressive follow up on recoveries from assigned clients and ensures timely collection of payments from clients?
